ANZA’s Role

ANZA works on behalf of members to protect and promote the interests of New Zealand advertisers.

Our work includes:

  • Representing advertisers on the ASA Board and Codes Committee

  • Delivering global best practice through our membership of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA)

  • Providing resources and guidance on key issues

  • Making submissions to government and regulators on issues including privacy, copyright, and media mergers

  • Running forums to help members stay informed on topics such as media transparency and advertising code compliance

  • Providing pre-vetting services to help ensure advertising compliance
