The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) is seeking feedback on proposed changes to the Therapeutic & Health Advertising Code.
ANZA hosted briefings for members who market Dietary Supplements as well as broader Therapeutic Services. If you couldn’t attend, or wish to discuss with your colleagues, you can access the presentation below.
Submissions close at 5pm Monday 28 July 2025. You can download the ASA’s consultation document here or download the submission form here.
The ASA Codes Committee will review all submissions to inform the final version of the Code. Once approved by the ASA Governance Board, the finalised Code will be publicly released.
