Social Media - are you in the know?

Social media channels provide a flourishing environment for both content and user generated comments (USG). However, with more brands than ever having a Facebook page, a Twitter account, a YouTube channel, and/or Pinterest, there are significant challenges emerging for advertisers, particularly around moderation of USG on brand pages.

ANZA aims to provide you to-the-minute updates when it comes to what is and isnt allowed in any advertising medium. In the case of social media, the best method of protection for advertisers is awareness of what is expected of them. Becoming well versed in the ASAs regulations around this will serve all brands when it comes to maintaining their social media presence, while monitoring their representation consistently.
