Self-regulation

ANZA fully supports self-regulation as an effective alternative to government regulation for the development of appropriate standards and as an alternative to litigation. ANZA believes that voluntary self-regulation by the industry is the most effective method for preventing fraudulent, untruthful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate advertising. This use of this method should see an increase in public confidence in the industry
